Mulegns was once a prosperous place, a tourist hotspot. Today, thousands of cars drive through the small village on their way to the Engadin. "To imagine the future, you have to explore the past," says Giovanni Netzer, director of the Origen cultural festival. The legendary "Löwe" and the white villa are intended to provide the cultural space for this.

"To imagine the future, you have to explore the past," says Giovanni Netzer, director of the Origen cultural festival. In the 19th century, prominent personalities from all over the world such as Albert Schweizer and Princess Mary, the great-grandmother of King Charles III, stayed at the Post Hotel Löwe. The legendary "Löwe" and the white villa are to become a cultural space. The past will be recounted and visions for the near future discussed.
